Phnom Penh: Free shipping to all districts.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Glowoutlet is not liable for delays, lost packages, or extra charges due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date with your order number and photos of the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
