  • We are currently only accepting QR payment with KHQR at the moment.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Glowoutlet is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

  • Refunds and exchanges are only available for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error.
